Anggie Pope
Anggie began Fitness411 when she realized her love for teaching and healthy living in college where she casually trained friends and classmates. After some time in the engineering field, Anggie decided to pursue her passion for fitness. She created Fitness411 and now shares her knowledge and excitement with others.

- BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Georgia Tech
- Black belt in Tae Kwon Do
- Natural Body Builder Competitor
- International Sports & Science Association (ISSA) Certified
- SCW Water Aerobic and Group Fitness Instruction Certified

- SilverSneakers (Senior Program) Certified

Linton "Buddy" Barnett
Buddy enjoys training people who are serious about bettering their lives physically and
mentally. While serving on the Forsyth Police Department in 2007 he began training friends and co-workers. He is now
fully committed to his passion of training. Trains up to 20 clients per day.
Credentials:
- NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified
- Defense Tactics Certified through Dekalb and Forsyth County Sheriff's Office
- OC (Pepper Spray) and Aspbaton Certified
- Specializes in power, quick movements and agility
- Received scholarships to attend Division 1 schools in Basketball
- CPR/AED Certified
- Specialize in group training (2 or more people)
Dezrica Murry
Dezrica is a gifted dancer whose creativity and passion extends into her choreography and acting. She became interested in fitness and dance at a young age through church ministry. This fueled her passion for teaching children ballet, jazz and hip-hop for Dance2Fitness (D2F).
